At Versai, we want you to feel completely confident with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your perfume to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The perfume must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • You’ll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your perfume is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right with a replacement or refund.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

    • Opened or used perfumes are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

    • Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchange Policy 

  • You may request an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • The perfume must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

  • Customized or personalized perfumes, opened bottles, or used items are not eligible for exchange.

     with your order number and the details of the item you wish to exchange.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If approved:

  • The refund will be made to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note: your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process and post the refund.

European Union Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
To qualify:

  • The perfume must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.
