We make every effort to ensure that all information on our website—including perfume descriptions, packaging details, and listed prices—is accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur. If such an error affects your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Please note:

Fragrance descriptions are subjective, and the scent may vary slightly depending on body chemistry, storage conditions, or batch.

Product images may differ slightly from actual packaging due to updates or photography.

All perfumes are subject to availability.

Delivery dates are estimates only.

Online promotions may differ from in-store offers, and vice versa.
You are responsible for keeping your login and account details secure at all times.
HOW TO PURCHASE ONLINE
Steps to purchase online:

Add product(s) to your shopping basket.

Enter login details.

Enter billing address details.

Enter delivery address details.

Confirm your order.
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract forms only once your order is accepted and you receive an email confirmation with your order details.
Transactions are processed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham). Delivery charges and taxes will be displayed at checkout.
ORDER CANCELLATION
You may cancel your order before dispatch by contacting customercare@louzanfashion.com for a full refund.
If the order has already been shipped, you must follow our return procedure. Cancellation requests must be made in writing within 2 working days of receiving your order.
Refunds exclude shipping fees. Customers are responsible for the return shipping of cancelled orders.
EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY
Perfume products are delicate and regulated, so our policy is as follows:
Eligibility:

Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Products must be sealed, unused, and in original packaging with all tags, cards, and cellophane intact.

Opened or partially used perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons.

Complimentary gifts, promotional sets, or bundled offers must also be returned for a full refund.
Refunds:

Refunds are credited to the original payment method (excluding shipping fees).

Processing may take 7–10 working days after receipt of returned goods. Bank timelines may extend this to 10–14 days.

If a promotional discount was applied, refunds will reflect the adjusted discounted amount.
Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange a fragrance for another (same or lower price), you may request a one-time exchange within 30 days, provided the original product remains sealed and in resalable condition.
Return Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for return courier costs.

Versai does not reimburse return shipping fees.
DELIVERY

Standard processing: 2–5 working days + Shipping time: 3–7 working days, depending on location.

During peak seasons, processing may take longer.

A dispatch confirmation with tracking details will be sent once your order ships.

Orders cannot be redirected once dispatched.
Shipping restrictions: Some countries restrict the import of perfumes due to alcohol content. Customers are responsible for confirming import regulations before ordering.
TAXES & DUTIES
All international orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. Customers are responsible for customs duties, clearance charges, and applicable taxes. Please check with your local customs office to determine total costs before placing an order.
LEGAL
These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding contract between you and Versai Perfume. By purchasing from our website, you accept these terms.
We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Changes apply to all new orders once published on our website.
