At Versai Perfume, we take great care in packing and shipping our fragrances to ensure they reach you safely and on time. Please review the following details regarding our shipping process:
Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 working days after payment confirmation.

During peak seasons, promotional campaigns, or public holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation along with your tracking number.
Delivery Timelines

UAE Deliveries: 2–4 working days after dispatch.

GCC Deliveries: 3–7 working days after dispatch.

International Deliveries: 7–15 working days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs clearance.
Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs checks, or unforeseen events (weather, public holidays, etc.).
Shipping Restrictions

Perfumes contain alcohol and are classified as restricted goods for air transport. Therefore, some countries may limit or prohibit the import of fragrances.

Customers are responsible for ensuring perfumes can be imported into their country before placing an order.

Orders that are rejected by customs due to local restrictions will not be eligible for a refund of shipping fees.
Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the delivery location.

All shipping charges are exclusive of customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees.
Taxes & Duties

International orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis.

Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, VAT/GST, clearance fees, or local taxes charged upon arrival in their country.

We recommend checking with your local customs office to estimate costs before placing an order.
Packaging & Safety

All perfumes are packed securely in protective packaging to prevent leakage or damage.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, leaking, or broken, please contact customercare@louzanfashion.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging.
Order Tracking

A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment using the courier’s tracking portal.
Undelivered or Returned Packages

If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details provided by the customer, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to pay customs duties, the order may be returned to us.

In such cases, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs. Refunds will exclude original shipping charges.
